“Ministry Team Leadership” (MTL) meetings are quarterly gatherings on Sunday afternoons of all volunteer ministry team leaders (and
invited potential leaders) to:
• Review, celebrate, and learn from last quarter;
• Communicate / vision-cast for next quarter;
• Gain insight and perspective (to refine future plans as necessary);
• Pray and go!
Participants would include leaders of teams for:
• Worship, groups, outreach, hospitality, connection, kids, youth, tech, finance,
board, facilities, etc
• A gathering of all who are influencing and setting culture of our community
• (These meetings also provide an opportunity to invite new, potential leaders/
influencers to hear and be inspired to join in!)
